Returns
If the delivered item doesn’t fit or it is not to your liking, you can exchange unworn products in their original condition for a different size or another product within 14 days of delivery. We’re happy to help you choose the right size or item.
You can also return the product within the standard 14-day period from delivery without giving any reason.
In both cases, please notify us of your request first by email at shop@badassleather.eu, and then send the item back to us using your preferred shipping method to the following address:

Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, your payment will be refunded within a few days.
Complaints
You can file a complaint about a product within the statutory 24-month period from delivery. Please follow the same procedure by contacting us first. Complaints will be handled according to the law—through repair, replacement, or refund.
